If you have a Mosin Nagant that shoots 1MOA, you should put it in a museum as it’s the only one in the entire world capable of that kind of accuracy. As for making a stock, you’re going to spend more money than a typical Mosin Nagant is worth to do so. Then again, since yours is the only MN in the known galaxy to shoot 1MOA, it might be worth it to you to have one made.

There was a rumor that Boyd’s Gunstocks was working on some of their custom stocks fit for the Mosin, but have not seen them for sale yet. This would include a thumbhole sporter in laminate or hardwoods.

Look, I shoot a lot of old military rifles and stocks can be repaired. In many cases, they already are. I’ve never been much of a wood carver, but I have seen some impressive homemade stocks folks have made, so look up some websites on stock making.

making a stock could be kinda dangerous if you dont know what your doing i would keep looking for a replacement the internet is a wonderful place to start
